Architectural Revit Specialist
A prominent mid-sized architectural company based in NYC, with offices in the Tri-state and Florida region, is in search of a meticulous Revit Support Professional. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in BIM standards, user support, workflow optimization, and architectural documentation. Proficiency in troubleshooting Revit environments, establishing office standards, training staff, and enhancing project delivery through efficient BIM processes are essential qualities.
TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
- Extensive knowledge of BIM workflows and standards
- Familiarity with architectural documentation and construction processes
- Experience in creating and maintaining Revit families, templates, and libraries
- Ability to troubleshoot model performance and software issues
- Knowledge of interoperability tools (CAD, IFC, Navisworks, Rhino, etc.)
- Understanding of work sharing, central models, and cloud collaboration
- Familiarity with Dynamo scripting and automation
- Knowledge of industry standards and QA/QC procedures
- Experience in managing BIM execution plans and office standards

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- BA or BS in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or Interior Design
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting BIM in a medium to large sized Firm (architecture, interior design or related industry is a plus)
- Proficiency in AI is advantageous
Annual Salary Range*: $75K - $85K
