Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Training & Licensing

Complete structured training on insurance basics, sales skills, and customer service

Study for and obtain your Minnesota Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Study for and obtain your Minnesota Life & Health insurance license (required)

Learn agency systems, procedures, and compliance basics

Shadow team members to understand real client interactions

Build communication, organization, and sales readiness skills
Hands-On Development

Assist with quoting insurance policies and basic customer service tasks

Support follow-ups and communication with clients and leads

Learn how to identify customer needs and match appropriate insurance solutions

Participate in day-to-day sales and service activities in a team environment
