We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager with 5+ years of full-service management experience to independently run daily operations at one of our established Kailua restaurants, spanning a craft bar and pizza kitchen as well as a sports-viewing and events venue. The ideal candidate has a proven record of hitting financial targets in a high-cost-of-labor market — controlling food and beverage COGS, building efficient schedules, and growing revenue through both local regulars and visitor traffic. You'll own hiring, training, and retention of a strong team, manage vendor and delivery logistics unique to island operations, and ensure full compliance with Hawaii health, safety, and liquor laws. A major plus is the ability to drive event-based revenue — from World Cup 2026 watch parties to private buyouts and community nights — turning the space into a destination, not just a restaurant. This is a true ownership role for someone who can keep the operation running tight and profitable without daily oversight from the owner, with pay based on experience plus performance incentives.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
