CNC Mill Operator Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating CNC machining equipment.
CNC Mill Operator Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specifications (Okuma and Haas machines onsite)
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
- Perform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performance
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
CNC Mill Operator Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating CNC mills preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints to perform basic quality checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
