Warehouse Team Member – Join Our Growing Team
Location: South Windsor, CT
Compensation: Hourly,$20.00 - $24.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday,7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
Are you dependable, accountable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team that values your hard work? Dalene Flooring is looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Member who is eager to grow with a company that’s been a trusted name in flooring for over 70 years. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and material delivery. This is a hands-on position with room for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Dalene Flooring Carpet One has been family-owned and operated since 1949 and is the largest independent flooring retailer in Connecticut. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with deliveries to customer homes
- Load and unload trucks using forklift (training provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean and follow all safety procedures
- Prep materials for the next day
Additional Duties:
- Receive and stock materials accurately
- Maintain weekly inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Ability to lift and carry 45–55 pounds consistently
· Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
· Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
· Basic computer skills are a plus
· Must have a good MVR (motor vehicle record)
· Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
