$25/hour | Seasonal (Now–December) | Hudson Valley
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our event production team.
This is a hands-on position helping create beautiful events throughout the Hudson Valley. If you've worked in restaurants, catering, hotels, or event production, you'll likely feel right at home.
This position is primarily daytime work—generally around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM—making it a great fit for weekend work in the event and hospitality industry that is NOT late nights.
NOTE: We are open to one person who wants regular weekend hours and/or multiple team members to be added to a roster we can call when we need support staff. Please indicate in your response if you are looking for work every weekend, or occasional weekends.
What you'll do
- Load and unload trucks
- Deliver event equipment to venues
- Set up installations
- Break down events
- Work closely with a small, fast-paced team
- Represent our company professionally at client venues
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and always shows up on time
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is comfortable working efficiently under deadlines
- Has a valid driver's license
- Has experience in restaurants, catering, hospitality, events, or another fast-paced service environment (preferred)
Schedule
- Primarily Saturdays and Sundays
- Some Fridays during busy weekends
- Typical hours are approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours vary by event)
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods if desired
Compensation
- $25/hour
- Seasonal position beginning immediately through December
- Opportunity to return for future seasons beginning each spring
