We are growing and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the skilled trades. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shares our values and work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Install residential and commercial windows and doors
- Prepare and weatherproof rough openings
- Modify framing when required
- Use levels, lasers, and specialty installation tools
- Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Load, unload, and move materials safely
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
- Work closely with builders, homeowners, and team members
Projects include:
- Standard windows and doors
- Entry systems
- Sliding and French doors
- Lift & slide systems
- Bi-fold doors
- Specialty and oversized units
- Automation

Preferred Qualifications
- Construction or carpentry experience
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials with proper lifting techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work on active construction sites
