Opportunity
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to become full-time after 60 days based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all living areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Follow client notes and cleaning checklists.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain professionalism while in clients' homes.
- Safely transport cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any concerns or damages to management.

- Starting pay of $19.00 - 21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from our Fitchburg meeting location
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable around dogs and cats & other pets
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Customer service experience
