Duties
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments to meet individual client needs.
- Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Offer retail sales consultations by recommending skincare products and beauty tools tailored to each client’s skin type and preferences.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends through ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a relaxing atmosphere for every guest.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, or laser therapy is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, botulinum toxin procedures, eyelash extensions, and dermal fillers is a plus.
- Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment booking and client management.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to educate clients on product benefits effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
- Additional skills such as body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, barbering, or body treatments are desirable but not mandatory. Pay: $25.70 - $30.95 per hour
