Position Summary:
The Construction Superintendent oversees all field operations on assigned commercial or multifamily construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for new commercial and multifamily developments.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, subcontractor activities, and material deliveries.
- Ensure all work meets design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays or conflicts.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor progress, budgets, and cost control measures.
