Project engineers and managers perform assessments of existing buildings, design repairs, and assist in managing construction efforts for clients. The position involves execution of engineering projects, management of clients and projects, and business development. Duties include: structural analysis, design of repairs, preparation of drawings and specifications, and construction administration activities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of structural and materials engineering analysis and design projects involving steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures.
- Assist senior staff in site investigations to document existing conditions.
- Must be able to complete tasks on their own with direction from supervisor.
- Prepare engineering reports, drawings and specifications, and proposals.
- Construction administration of projects.
- Project types include:
Structural and materials evaluations and analysis.
Façade and building envelope evaluation and design.
Fall protection and roof anchor systems.
Roofing and waterproofing evaluations and design.
Property condition assessments.
Forensic and failure evaluations.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience. Responsibilities and compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience. Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
