We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience to clean and upkeep of the building. An effective maintenance staff ensures the smooth operation of our facility, so we're looking for committed employees who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning the building, keeping areas neat and tidy and making sure all health and safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Make minor repairs where needed.
- Maintain routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting.
- Finish tasks quickly and properly.
- Know the basic concepts of janitorial work and maintenance.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,130.00 per month
