Broadband Install Technician
Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30PM
Royell Communications seeking full time non-exempt Broadband Install Technician to join our Wireless Installation department. In this role you will encounter all aspects of providing broadband services to end users including installation of access points on towers/roofs, residential/commercial internet, VoIP and troubleshooting customer devices & internet connections.
- Perform site surveys & install broadband internet & VoIP service
- Troubleshoot internet equipment during service visits
- Climb Residential TV Tower
- Must be able to work after normal hours as needed
- Complete any other duties that may be required for installation of Broadband services
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current valid Driver's License
- Ability to be added to company auto insurance policy
- Must be comfortable working at Residential TV Tower heights
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Installation experience of broadband internet services is highly valued but not required
- High energy, with a strong 'can do' attitude
- Enjoy working in all weather conditions
- Adaptable to fast-paced/high change environment
- Self-motivated & strong problem solving skills
- Be able to communicate effectively via phone, email & message systems

Working Conditions
- Work is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work is performed at roof-top, & in tight spaces
- Work is performed at Residential TV Tower - level heights to climb
- Work is performed in close proximity to machinery and equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
