PARTS & SERVICE ADVISOR
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit and experienced Parts & Service Advisor that serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership’s service and parts departments. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, scheduling service work, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
With deep investment and backing from SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow rapidly, and this role is critical to delivering competitive, customer-focused products that support long-term market expansion.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Communication

Greet customers in person and over the phone, listen to their needs, and provide professional guidance on parts and service options.

Advise customers on required maintenance, recommended services, and available parts.

Provide accurate cost estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service process.
Parts Department Support

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts.

Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, parts availability, and supplier options.
Service Department Coordination

Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.

Create and maintain repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer concerns, technician findings, and completed work.

Monitor job progress, follow up on delays, and keep customers informed.
Sales & Business Growth

Promote dealership service packages, seasonal promotions, and value-added products.

Support upselling of parts and accessories that improve equipment performance and longevity.

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in parts, service, or customer support roles (equipment, automotive, agriculture, or related industry preferred).

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Knowledge of mechanical and technical equipment (construction, agricultural, or related machinery a strong asset).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills; dealership management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
