Job Title: Onboarding Manager – Real Estate Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Onboarding Manager to support the successful integration of new agents into Barrett Real Estate. This role plays a key part in ensuring every new agent has a smooth, professional, and welcoming start with the brokerage.The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the full onboarding process from initial contact through system setup, compliance documentation, and internal communication. This includes coordinating across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining a consistent and efficient onboarding experience for all new agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new agent onboarding
- Manage full onboarding workflow from start to completion
- Set up agents across internal systems and platforms (CRM, marketing tools, communication channels, and brokerage systems)
- Ensure proper completion and submission of ICA onboarding packets and compliance documentation
- Coordinate agent orientation scheduling and onboarding communications
- Add agents to internal platforms, groups, and tools as needed
- Communicate new agent information to internal departments (broker, transactions, closing, accounting, marketing, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all onboarding records
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide a high-level, professional experience for every new agent joining the brokerage
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (email, written instructions, and coordination across departments)
- Able to follow structured processes and checklists with accuracy
- Experience in real estate, brokerage operations, or administrative coordination preferred
Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Standard business hours (typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Pay range: $22–$25 per hour (DOE – depending on experience)
- Potential for growth based on performance and expanded responsibilities
This role is essential in ensuring that every new agent is fully set up for success from day one and feels supported throughout their transition into the brokerage.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
