Hiring unarmed Security Guards for a variety of sites in Everett, Wa. We work heavily with transitional housing organizations, medical facilities, apartment complexes, and outdoor malls. We are a Lynnwood based company with a solid reputation for solid work and reliable guards.
Position will be observing and reporting any persons committing suspicious or illegal behavior, monitoring patients behavior, access control to parking lot and exterior perimeter monitoring in person.
There are are 24hr coverage sites, as well as a full-time solo site; one will have two 10hr-12hr shifts on the weekend, and the other is 8pm-4am 5 days a week. (mandatory Fri, Sat, & Sun, and two other weekdays) Day or night time positions available.
Looking for 6 responsible and reliable Guards. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable and friendly to all, arrive early to prepare for the shift. De-escalation experience a plus. Access control and inspect the grounds throughout the shift. Daily activity report throughout the shift and sent to the client daily.
Washington State Requirements: Training can be provided. Candidate will need to obtain a Guard Card if you don't already have it. We can help you with certification and the required 8 hour class if you have not completed already. Temporary guard card provided when qualified.
Minimal Job Requirements:
Clean Background Check
Ability to obtain Guard Card and Identigo finger printing
Smart phone able to download guard app for clocking in and reports.
Good communication skills: written and verbal
