We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic Smoothie King environment with open availability . As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with daily operations. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Operate the POS system, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas.
- Assist in ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
- Help restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with Smoothie King operations and retail math is a plus.
- Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Previous experience in sales or food service is advantageous but not required.
