Lead Superintendent – Healthcare/Hospital Construction
Location: Detroit, Michigan | National Travel Required
Leading national General Contractor seeking a Lead Superintendent for a major hospital project in Detroit, followed by future assignments nationwide.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven leadership on large hospital, healthcare, or Mission Critical projects
- Large Scale construction experience highly preferred
- Experience with complex MEP systems, medical gas, operating rooms, ICUs, life-safety systems, commissioning and phased turnover
- Strong scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination skills
- Open to national travel after the Detroit assignment

Core Build: Ground-up hospital construction, concrete and structural steel, building envelope, complex MEP systems, medical gas, operating rooms, ICUs, imaging suites, life-safety systems, commissioning and phased turnover.
