Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and/or unusual activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Support retail operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, monitoring high-traffic areas, and/or helping with crowd and line management during busy periods.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
