Summary
'Truck Driver' position is based out of NJ offers an exciting opportunity to join a committed team. As a vital part of our logistics operations, you will help us deliver exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of trucks including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers with professionalism.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
- Uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A) with appropriate endorsements & TWIC Card.
- Proven experience in truck driving, especially with tractor-trailers.
- Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles. Must know how to drive manual.
- FULL TIME. Home everyday. Paid weekly.
- Strong understanding of load securement and freight handling.
- Excellent navigation skills for route planning.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
