JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Entry
- Receives and processes customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verifies order quantities and manages customer requests, changes, or adjustments as needed.
- Provides customers with updates on order status, shipping details, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinates shipping and transportation logistics to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Maintains timely email communication with customers, including responses and follow-up correspondence.
- Tracks, monitors, and reporting metrics to support operational efficiency and customer service goals.
HR Admin
- Coordinates recruitment through Indeed and other job posting platforms while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Serves as the primary point of contact with external recruiting agencies to support hiring initiatives.
- Verifies, updates, and maintains employee timekeeping records to ensure payroll accuracy.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
