England Dirt Works & More, LLC is currently looking to hire a dependable Class A CDL Driver with experience and or training operating roll-off trucks for local dirt work and construction operations in Central Arkansas.
This position involves operating our roll-off truck hauling 30-yard dumpsters between active job sites and local dump sites/landfills throughout the work week.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A roll-off truck
- Transport 30-yard dumpsters safely between job sites, dump sites, and landfills
- Safely back and position dumpsters on active construction sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
- Maintain safe driving standards and professionalism around crews, clients, and job sites
- Communicate effectively with management and crew members throughout the day

- Assist crews on job sites

- Gain mechanical knowledge related to roll-off trucks and equipment
- Grow into additional responsibilities within the company
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
- Experience and/or training operating roll-off trucks
- Ability to operate manual transmissions required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to consistently show up on time and work safely
- Must be drug-free
- Ability to perform daily pre-trip inspections
Preferred Qualifications
The following experience is a plus, but not required:
- Dump truck experience
- Heavy equipment experience
- Mechanical knowledge of semis or roll-off trucks
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Starting at 7:00 AM
- Average 40-50 hours weekly
- Occasional Saturdays may be required due to weather, job site conditions, or workload
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience
