Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Esthetician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality skincare treatments and services to clients in a welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also be responsible for managing the rental of two suites dedicated to beauty professionals, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all tenants and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and inviting space.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, waxing, and other esthetic services tailored to client needs.
- Consult with clients to determine their skin type and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Manage the rental of two suites for beauty professionals, including scheduling, ensuring proper setup, and maintaining a professional environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, products, and industry trends through ongoing education.
- Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a related skincare role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Experience managing or overseeing rental spaces or suites is advantageous but not required.
- Certification or licensing as an Esthetician in accordance with local regulations is required.

Pay: $25.97 - $31.28 per hour
