Manage all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, and recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through social media, resume databases, networking, job fairs, and other recruiting channels.
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the offer process, including recommendations on compensation, incentives, start dates, and other employment details.
Manage and maintain the functionality of our Paycom applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting vendors and ensure staffing needs are met.
Use effective recruiting and employer-branding strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Represent the organization at college job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.
Use Microsoft products and other technology to support recruiting activities and collaboration.
Support additional HR and recruiting initiatives as needed.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting, preferably in a high-volume organization, staffing agency, or executive search environment.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; Paycom ATS experience is a plus.
Familiarity with social media recruiting, recruitment marketing tools, and a variety of candidate selection methods.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
