Our growing dental practice is looking for a reliable, friendly, and patient‑focused Full‑Time Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care, a supportive work environment, and a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Position: Full‑Time Dental Assistant Location: Chaska, MN Or Excelsior, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (no weekends)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + benefits
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories
- Take digital X‑rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide excellent patient care and education
- Manage supply inventory and ensure clinical areas are organized
- Follow all OSHA and infection‑control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Dental Assistant license/certification in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient‑care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with digital charting and X‑rays preferred but not required
