Sales Representative - Entry Level

Currently, we have an open position for an Entry Level Sales Representative. This person is responsible for engaging with customers in-person, building relationships, and presenting sales presentations. Our goal is to be experts at training and coaching our people in their development not only as profitable Sales Representatives but as leaders in the making. This creates a win-win work environment for both our team and our clients. The position involves face-to-face sales and is full-time, direct employment with 3 Crowns Marketing in Tulsa where a daily commute will be required.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques in the telecom world; we sell telecom and entertainment services
- Meet and build relationships with customers, face-to-face
- Hit weekly sales quotas
- Work within Salesforce for tracking and record-keeping
- This position involves face to face direct sales to new customers
Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:
- 0-4 years of previous work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer relations role
- Comfortable working in a team and independently
- Competitive drive to meet goals
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- College degree in business, management, sales, and/or finance is a plus
- Experience working in a team environment
- Leadership background
