Duties
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly

- Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests or gather feedback
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests for future reference
- Strong communication skills to promote products or services when appropriate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
- Excellent English language skills with clear writing and verbal communication abilities
- Extensive customer support experience with a focus on client services excellence
- Technical proficiency in using computer systems, data entry tools, and CRM software
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
