Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.
This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
The Machine Technician will work closely with other team members to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize tools such as ammeters and voltmeters for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand machine layouts and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct field service operations to address on-site machinery issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Fabricate parts necessary for maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
- MUST HAVE: Strong electrical background.
- Proficiency as an industrial electrician, including electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as ammeters and voltmeters.
- Experience reading schematics for electrical systems and machinery layouts.
- Background in field service operations, providing on-site technical support.
- Competence in industrial maintenance practices, ensuring equipment reliability.
- Welding skills are a plus, enabling repairs or modifications of machine parts.
- Military experience is valued, bringing discipline and technical expertise to the role.
