Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring each visitor feels valued and appreciated
- Oversee daily food preparation activities, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in accordance with food industry regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all food service activities
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments, preferably within quick service or fast-food settings
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability in sales and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and business growth
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
