Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal 1031 team in administering a variety of exchange transactions
- Preparation of exchange documents and related coordination with clients and their advisors
- Management of high volume transactions;
- Develop a strong working knowledge of §1031 exchange rules to support attorneys and other professionals
- Prepare exchange documentation and coordinate with clients and their professional advisors
- Organize and manage transaction pipelines, track critical deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain client files, account statements, and provide administrative and transactional support
- Collect, analyze, and verify transactional documents and related information
- Extensive verbal and written communication to coordinate with clients, their representatives and other parties involved in transactions;
- Maintaining client files, account statements, balancing of escrow accounts and providing administrative support;
- Verification of wire disbursements with clients and third party recipients.
- Develop a general understanding of the 1031 exchange rules to enable basic processing of the transactions;
- Coordination with the sales team and clients to secure client engagements;
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, particularly Word and Excel
- Professional demeanor with strong client service and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, title, tax, accounting, or financial services is strongly preferred
Experience:
- Real Estate: 2 year (Preferred)
- Paralegal: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Paralegal Certificate (Preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
