Minimum 2-5 years experience preferred. Entry level position also available. Position for HVAC and Plumbing designer or engineer. Ample opportunity for career advancement and promotions. Full time.

Experience with:
-Cooling/heating load calculations
-Title 24 energy calculations
-HVAC systems selection and design
-Plumbing systems sizing and design
-Specifications preparation
-Site surveys and investigations
-Submittals review and RFI response
-Coordination with architects, contractors, and other trades
-Fire sprinkler design experience a plus

Qualifications include:
-Mechanical Engineering bachelors or associates degree
-AutoCAD drafting experience (Revit skills a plus)
-EnergyPro modeling experience
-Knowledge of CMC, CPC, CFC, CBC, Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, NFPA codes/standards
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
