Service Manager – HVAC & Fuel Oil
We are a family-owned and operated HVAC and fuel oil company seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our management team. This is a full-time, salaried career opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, solving technical challenges, and providing exceptional customer service.
Our company primarily specializes in residential fuel oil delivery and heating service, with additional experience in air conditioning, hot water systems, and limited natural gas service. As our Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations while supporting both our technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support our service department and field technicians.
- Visit customers' homes to provide estimates for heating, air conditioning, and hot water equipment replacements and installations.
- Assist technicians with diagnosing and troubleshooting complex service calls when needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and ensure a positive experience.
- Help coordinate daily service operations while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid Electrician License (required).
- Strong knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems.
- Experience troubleshooting oil-fired heating equipment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Full-time, salaried management position.
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Company daily driver vehicle provided.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
