We are looking for a hard-working individual with prior maintenance experience to help us with the daily operations of our multi-family apartment communities.
Duties include but not limited to:
Basic household maintenance
General Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a must
Tenant work orders
Cleaning
Painting
Lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt)
Some grounds keeping & snow removal
Must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed to all common areas and units.
Ability to work an on-call schedule as required to meet the needs of the property
Use a variety of building trade skills
Be able to work on step/extension ladders
Complete work orders in a timely manner
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Must have a Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
