- Available Shifts: Full-Time
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 3,000 Sign on Bonus
- All shifts have rotating weekends and holidays
About the Role
As an LPN, you will oversee the health and wellness of our residents while ensuring they live their best lives. From medication management to building meaningful connections with residents, families, and care teams, your role is integral to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Medication Management
- Fall and Skin Breakdown Prevention
- Incident Reporting
- State Regulatory Compliance
- Resident Health and Wellness:
- Perform assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Monitor resident health and ensure proper documentation.
- Facilitate communication between families, physicians, and other health services.
- Support residents during illness visits and wellness checks.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and other healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care.
- Provide first aid and guidance to residents and team members when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Active Professional Nursing License.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and adaptability.
- Other Requirements: Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
