Rakitori Japanese Pub & Grill in Hillcrest is looking to add members to the Rakitori Family!

We are looking for a line cook to work full time or part-time.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (depend on previous work experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensuring food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed, including proper food handling and storage.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring that kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service.
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, utensils, and workspaces as required.
- Other tasks as reasonably assigned by the Employer or management.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 Years minimum experience in a similar position.
Prior experience in a Japanese kitchen is preferred.
