Overview
We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2). This position provides senior-level expertise in enabling intelligence information sharing, optimizing analytic production workflows, and ensuring effective dissemination of intelligence products across multiple classified environments.
Responsibilities

Lead efforts to align processes and technologies that enable intelligence information sharing

Oversee centralized and distributed databases, content management, and records management systems

Shape and optimize workflows supporting analytic production and formal tasking processes

Compile and analyze performance and usage metrics for knowledge management systems

Identify and recommend future KM capability requirements, including enterprise search and data discovery

Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of intelligence products across multiple networks and portals

Advise leadership on improvements to KM processes and technologies
Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience

At least 12 years of relevant experience supporting intelligence or operational organizations

Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise-level intelligence environments
-
Strong understanding of intelligence production, dissemination, and KM best practices
