We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry/Bread Baker Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of baking techniques and a creative flair for developing new recipes. This role is vital in enhancing our menu and ensuring the highest quality of baked goods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to traditional Italian & executive Chef recipes.
- Develop new recipes and innovate seasonal offerings that reflect Italian culinary traditions.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste in all baked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Pastry/Bread Baker , preferably in an Italian restaurant or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, with a focus on Italian pastries and breads.
- Creativity and passion for baking, with the ability to experiment and innovate.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
