POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will work to support the VP, Administration in ensuring operational compliance and supporting and sustaining accreditation for the agency. Will lead and support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with state, federal, and local regulatory requirements. Will oversee and support with the timely completion of internal and external reports contract lifecycle activities (review, execution, monitoring, and renewal), insurance renewals, and staff credentialing.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Degree in public health, social science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, business or equivalent; or Any combination of training and experience equivalent to graduation with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and that exhibits the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will be considered. One (1) year professional experience in contract compliance, affirmative action or a related field preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
All of the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. Additionally, this position is expected to ensure that the core operating values and the strategic direction of the agency are adhered to.
1. Provides direct support and subject matter input to the Compliance & Risk Management department in order to facilitate organizational compliance.
2. Lead and support the development, maintenance, and annual review of policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
3. Identify, track and record new laws and regulations and coordinate with program leadership to ensure changes are implemented and operationalized across departments.
4. Maintains a compliance library that provides adequate and necessary reference materials.
5. Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance monitoring and audit procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal, state and local authorities including accreditation standards, industry best practices, and emerging compliance risks.
7. Support and conduct confidentiality, privacy, compliance, and incident investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking, ensuring thorough, objective, and timely resolution.
8. Prepare and support required reporting to contracting agencies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions
9. Support and track agency insurance renewals, ensuring continuous coverage and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
10. Support the full lifecycle of contracts, including review, execution, compliance monitoring, renewals, and documentation of Contracts, MOUs, and Letters of Agreement.
11. Support credentialing of staff as needed for contracts.
12. Support accreditation readiness, monitoring activities, and renewal processes to maintain compliance with accrediting bodies.

- Walking and Standing: Required for on-site monitoring, conducting inspections of facilities, and visiting subcontractors.

- Mobility: Ability to travel to various work sites, which may include outdoor activity, climbing stairs, and driving.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing, handling files, and operating office equipment.
- Environmental Exposure: Occasional exposure to varying weather conditions when conducting on-site visits outdoors.
ESSENTIAL SENSORY AND MENTAL ABILITIES
- Vision: Close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception to review documents and audit facilities.
- Communication: Frequent speaking and listening to discuss compliance requirements with staff and external agencies.
- Mental Focus: Ability to handle high-volume, detailed, and often stressful auditing tasks.
