Caffe D'arte, a family owned and operated business in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking the right person to join our team of passionate and fun customer service professionals. This role will interface with customers, process customer orders, provide product information and product literature as needed, and provide administrative support. This role requires someone to work quickly, handle multiple tasks at once and have a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities
· Process/monitor all orders according to Caffe D'arte best practice in an efficient manner when received by all communication methods (email/call/fax). Requires creating invoices/packing slips, labels and other things specific to the customer. This position will create a high volume of invoices/packing slips.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, while managing large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist customers with orders, billing questions and taking payments.
- Perform soft collections on credit hold or past due accounts
- Identify and assess customers' needs to maximize the customer experience
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Desired Skills:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Mastery of MS Word, Excel Outlook and CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Required Education and Experience
- Working knowledge in Microsoft applications, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Minimum 2 years customer service
- Quickbooks experience desired, but not required.
- Preferred experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls and transferring calls.
