Responsibilities:
- Oversee tenant relations and maintenance request completion.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.
- Assist with real estate administrative duties such as property inspections.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and prospects.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Create a family friendly environment in the office and community.
- Assist leasing team with tours and move in meetings.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve tenant concerns.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative duties such as property inspections, lease renewals, and rent collection.
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain organized records of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and tenant communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain well-documented files for each property.
