Maintenance Technician A/B – Burlington, NC
Shift: 12-hour rotating (7 AM-7 PM / 7 PM-7 AM), 3-2 schedule
Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years of industrial manufacturing experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment in a CPG/Food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Repair motors, bearings, belts, sensors & drives
- Read blueprints, schematics & wiring diagrams
- Basic PLC troubleshooting
- Document work in CMMS
- Follow GMP, OSHA & safety standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Technical training preferred)
- 3-5 years in manufacturing maintenance (Food, CPG, Packaging preferred)
- Experience with 480V/220V/110V electrical systems, motors, drives, hydraulics & pneumatics
- Basic PLC and CMMS knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
