What You’ll Do
You’ll deliver advanced, medical-grade aesthetic services while providing an elevated, hospitality-level patient experience:
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including (not limited to):
- Microneedling
- Laser resurfacing & skin tightening
- Other device-based treatments within scope of licensure
- Medical grade facials
- peels
- Lead results-driven consultations and create complete, customized treatment plans
- Uphold the practice’s core values in every interaction
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, stocking, and cleanliness standards
Who We’re Looking For
Required
- Active Esthetics License
- 3+ years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- 1 + years of utilizing multiple laser platforms and treatment modalities.
- Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and maintain strong patient retention.
- Professional, polished, positive, patient-centered presence.
- Social Media presence Strongly Preferred
Advanced experience with lasers, microneedling, and energy-based/device treatments
Confident, consultative communication style (education-first, expectation-setting, plan-building)
High-end mindset we value: Premium aesthetic standards, meticulous execution, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to “own” a treatment plan from consult to follow-up.
Established Social Media presence as Aesthetician.

This role is best suited for an experienced provider from a high-end or medically directed environment who is confident in consults, energy-based devices, and building long-term treatment plans. If you prefer high volume, quick-turn services, this will not be the right fit.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
