Overview
Pristine Solar Solutions is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Solar Sales Representatives.
In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to educate them on no-cost solar energy programs, roofing solutions, and weather-related insurance restoration services. You will help generate qualified appointments and assist homeowners in reducing energy costs while improving and protecting their homes.
No prior solar experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners through direct outreach and neighborhood canvassing
- Educate potential customers on solar energy, roofing solutions, and weather damage restoration programs
- Generate and set qualified appointments for solar and roofing consultations
- Track leads and follow-ups using company systems
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Work with team members and leadership to improve outreach and sales performance
Qualifications
