This position is going to be treating 50% peds, 25% neuro, and 25% hand therapy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluating patients and creating individualized treatment plans
Providing outpatient occupational therapy, including upper-extremity and hand conditions
Tracking progress and modifying care to maximize outcomes
Collaborating with physicians and your care team
Completing daily documentation in EMR
Contributing to a positive, team-driven clinic environment
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current (or eligible) California OT license
Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence

Valid state License

Provide occupational therapy treatment and, patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
Maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
Help patients to regain control of their lives and their independence.
Create an environment and a culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in health-related field
Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience: Not required but considered. Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (per state requirements), current and in good standing.
