We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Flyer Distribution Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us expand our reach throughout the Phoenix area. As a Flyer Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our promotional materials are effectively distributed to key locations, enhancing our brand visibility and attracting new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flyer Distribution: You will be responsible for delivering flyers to a variety of locations, including cars, apartments, and businesses. This involves visiting a total of 28 designated locations throughout the Phoenix area, as well as strategically targeting our competitors' locations to maximize our outreach efforts.
- Route Planning: With full-time hours, you will have the autonomy to plan your routes and schedule. We want someone who can efficiently manage their time while ensuring that all assigned areas are covered thoroughly.
- Engagement: While distributing flyers, you will have the opportunity to engage with community members and local businesses. We encourage our Flyer Distribution Specialists to be friendly and approachable, making positive connections that could benefit our brand in the long run.
- Reporting: Keeping track of your distribution efforts is key. You will be expected to maintain a log of the locations you visit and the quantity of flyers distributed, along with any feedback or insights gathered during your routes.

- Own your vehicle: You must drive your own personal vehicle with proper insurance.
- Dependability: We need someone who is reliable and can consistently meet the distribution goals and deadlines. Punctuality and responsibility are critical in this role.
- Self-Motivation: This role is best suited for someone who is self-driven and enjoys working independently.
- Physical Stamina: Distributing flyers involves being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting bundles of flyers. A moderate level of physical fitness is necessary.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor goes a long way! We value team members who can represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, is highly desirable. This ensures we reach our target audience when they are most likely to be receptive.
