Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a speech-language pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Strong foundational knowledge in speech and language evaluation and intervention for the pediatric population
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized care
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges within a supportive school setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document assessments, progress, and intervention outcomes effectively and timely
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Support and empower students to maximize their communication skills and access their curriculum
