Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Veterinarian with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree to join our dynamic veterinary team. Duties
- Examine animals thoroughly to diagnose health issues using veterinary terminology and clinical ethical guidelines
- Perform medical procedures including general anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and animal catheterization with precision and aseptic technique
- Administer treatments for internal medicine conditions such as cardiology, oncology, and critical & intensive care cases
- Handle animal restraint and animal handling techniques to ensure safety during examinations and procedures
- Provide emergency medicine services, including stabilization and critical care for acutely ill or injured animals
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and pet care instructions
- Assist in laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Requirements
- Valid DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution
- Proven veterinary experience with a strong background in veterinary surgery, internal medicine, anesthesiology, and emergency medicine
- Proficiency in animal restraint, animal husbandry, pet grooming, and dog handling techniques
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, physiology, and clinical ethical guidelines
- Experience with exotic animal medicine and equine care is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform general anesthesia safely and manage critical & intensive care cases effectively
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Commitment to professional ethics and ongoing learning in veterinary medicine

Pay: $170,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
