PERMANENT SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
SALARY: $40,000 PLUS FULL BENEFITS
REQUIREMENTS:
NYS Teacher Certification
Bachelor’s Degree
Master Degree preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· All substitutes are expected to be prompt and reliable, appropriately dressed, groomed and
· Substitutes must follow all school policies and guidelines.
· Accurately demonstrates knowledge of the content area and approved curriculum.
· Appropriately utilizes a variety of teaching methods and resources for each area taught.
· Communicate and obtain feedback from students in a manner that enhances student learning and understanding.
· Effectively utilize student assessment techniques and procedures
· Displays evidence of planning instructions so the students achieve established competencies.
