What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
- Build value by recommending right-fit upgrades (IAQ, system replacements, airflow fixes, controls).
- Educate homeowners in plain language so they can make smart decisions today.
- Document clearly in the field app; follow safety and code requirements.
- Protect the brand: tidy work areas, professional appearance, and five-star service on every call.
What Success Looks Like
- Accurate same-day diagnostics and first-visit resolutions whenever possible.
- Strong conversion on Comfort Club opportunities and recommended upgrades.
- Low callbacks, high five-star reviews, and clean paperwork.
- Dependable punctuality, great communication with dispatch, and a team-first mindset.
What You Bring
- 2+ years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus.
- Confident, customer-friendly communicator who educates—never pressures.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record; EPA 608 preferred.
