Server/Bartender – Family-Owned Restaurant & Brewery
Great Chicago Fire Brewery in downtown Leesburg is looking for a dependable and outgoing Server/Bartender to join our small team.
We are a fast-paced, family-owned restaurant and brewery with a full liquor license. We serve pizza, sandwiches, appetizers, craft beer, cocktails, wine, and liquor. The right person should be friendly, efficient, dependable, and able to handle both tables and bar customers during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve craft beer, wine, cocktails, and liquor responsibly
- Prepare basic mixed drinks
- Manage multiple tables and bar guests efficiently
- Handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately
- Keep tables, the bar, and service areas clean and organized
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
- Assist coworkers when needed during busy periods
Requirements:

We are a small staff that works together and supports one another. Dependability is important because every scheduled employee plays a major role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Team members are expected to arrive on time and provide as much notice as possible if an emergency affects a scheduled shift.
This is a relaxed workplace without constant micromanagement. Employees who show up, take care of customers, and support the team are trusted to do their jobs.
Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips. Our Server/Bartenders generally average $25 or more per hour, including tips. Actual earnings vary based on shifts, business volume, and performance.
